Focus Grid

A weekly planner built for ADHD brains.

Focus Grid is a planning dashboard for entrepreneurs and professionals who need a system that works with how their brain works, not against it.

Open Focus Grid

See your week at a glance

Seven day columns and a weekly progress card show what’s done and what’s next, without a wall of tabs.

Sort what matters

An Eisenhower matrix puts every task in one of four boxes (urgent or not, important or not) so you pick the right thing first.

Empty your head fast

Type or paste a messy list into the brain dump and it becomes tasks, sorted by the words you used.

Stay in the work

A built-in time timer, and a focus mode that blurs everything except the day you’re working on.

Never lose your tasks

Connect Google Tasks and your Focus Grid tasks are backed up in your own Google account, so they come back if you clear your browser or switch devices.

About Google Tasks

Connecting Google is optional. If you do, Focus Grid asks to see your name, email and profile picture, and to see, create, edit and delete tasks in Google Tasks. It uses that only to keep your tasks in a list called “Focus Grid” and in sync, and it never touches your other lists. Read the full Privacy Policy.
