Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Focus Grid is a weekly planner for ADHD entrepreneurs, made by Karen Spies. This page explains, in plain language, what Focus Grid does with your information. The short version: your tasks live in your own browser and your own Google account, and we don't keep a copy on our servers.

Connecting Google is optional

You can use Focus Grid without connecting anything. If you choose to connect your Google account, Focus Grid asks Google for permission to:

Focus Grid only works with the list named “Focus Grid.” It looks at the names of your task lists only to find that one, and it never reads, changes or deletes tasks in your other lists.

What we store, and where

Who we share information with

We don't sell your information, we don't show ads, and we don't give anything to advertisers or data brokers. Information goes only to:

Google API Services User Data Policy

Focus Grid's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In practice, that means:

Keeping your information safe

Connections to Focus Grid and to Google use HTTPS. Your sign-in tokens are stored in your browser, so anyone who can use your browser profile on your device could use Focus Grid as you. Only connect on devices you trust, and sign out of shared computers by clicking Disconnect and clearing the site's data.

Your choices and deleting your data

Because we keep no copy of your tasks, those steps remove everything. If you'd like anything else removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

Children

Focus Grid isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If we ever want to use your Google information in a new way, we'll ask for your consent first.
